During my quest for ways to ease stress, I realized that finding the perfect stress reliever is simple. It is : "Something which gives YOU the best stress relief". Each person is made different, so we all have our unique stress relief remedies.

To chose the best stress relief product, you have to discover your options. "Trial and error" approach always works best. Especially when the trial is free!
In this article we will review some of the common natural stress relief methods. In essence we will go window shopping together and you will pick the best stress relief method for yourself. Only natural stress relief solutions are listed below.
- Holothink

- Pets
Animals have strong therapeutic powers . Studies show, that people who have suffered from strokes, actually lived longer if they had a pet at home. Traditional healing through animals , known as zootherapy , comes to us from medieval ages. Throughout history, animals were used to help cure diseases and alleviate sufferings. Pets do not only help heal, they also help to relax. When i watch my fish, i realize nature offered me stress relief gift without asking anything in return . Cats are also very relaxing (the furry things sleep most of the time), just make sure you don't have allergies.
- Meditation
Meditation is a great way to relieve stress, it involves breathing right and relaxing your body muscles. Many scientists believe that when the body is in a complete and total state of relaxation it cannot feel stress. Apart from being a great stress reliever, meditation help to develop new brain cells and makes us more resilient towards future stress factors.
