Totally Tranquil Explained:

Yoga Gifts

Welcome to my totally tranquil review. I've been a fan of audio systems like totallytranquil even since their inception in 1973 by Dr. Gerald Oster. Totally tranquil works, there is no question about it (you can find similar brainwave entertainment recordings all over Amazon and other online places), the question is: "how does it do that?". This is what I will try to explain in this post and hopefully it will be a bit easier to understand than what you might find in other totally tranquil reviews.

To understand the phenomena, you can imagine condensation: when hot moist air hits a cold surface it produces moisture (ex.: bottle sweating when you take it out of the fridge or when you blow air on the window). So it's 2 elements which are reacting: heat and cold.

Totally Tranquil:

Best way to find out about it is to download the free trial from their site

Something similar happens when you listen to Holothink totally tranquil: 2 audio frequencies are played in each ear. When they come in contact inside of your head, they produce a third frequency (just like heat and cold produce water).

When your brain is exposed to this new frequency long enough it starts to tune into it. Once tuned in the brain goes into a theta wave state (state of relaxation).

Similar to the radio you can choose out of several different stations (for example when you want to concentrate you listen to "concentration music" or when you want to relax you listen to "relaxation music").

To be honest with you I was a bit shocked the first time I listened to totally tranquil (I downloaded their free trial right from the homepage). After listening to the recording I tried to get some work done, but I couldn't. It's as if I lost all interest in that chore. It took me a couple of hours to realize that I was tuned into the "relaxation station" instead of the concentration one. The next day the effects wore off and I realized just how powerful this stuff can be.

It's also pretty effective for people that meditate. I use it as the background music during all of my meditation sessions and it helps me achieve deep meditation easier. Overall I was very satisfied with totally tranquil, I suggest you listen to their free trial on the web-site and see if it will work for you also.
